Terms of Use
The rules of the road for using ZeuxDrive, designed to keep the community safe for everyone.
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Zeuxdrive Inc.("ZeuxDrive", "we") about using the ZeuxDrive app. By creating an account you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Who can use ZeuxDrive
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to drive where you live. One person, one account. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
2. Safety first
- Never use the app in a way that distracts you while driving. Use it only when stopped, or let a passenger use it. Follow traffic laws at all times.
- ZeuxDrive is not an emergency service. The SOS feature alerts other ZeuxDrive users; it does not call the police, ambulance or fire services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in Canada).
- Map positions, speeds, hazard reports and other users' information can be wrong or late. Use your own judgement.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, stories, messages and other content you post. You give ZeuxDrive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show and send that content as needed to run the app (for example, to show your story to other users). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the anonymised safety reports described in the Privacy Policy. Only post content you have the right to share.
4. Zero tolerance for abuse
ZeuxDrive has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not:
- harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone, or share hateful, violent, sexual or illegal content;
- post someone's personal information, or photos of other people's plates or cars to target them;
- impersonate anyone, spam, scam, or sell anything illegal;
- send false SOS or safety alerts;
- share music, video or other material you don't have the rights to;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, or access other users' data.
Report and block:you can report any user or story and block any user from the app. Blocked users can't message you and don't see your stories or position.
We act within 24 hours: we review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or remove users who post it.
5. Selling vehicles
If you list or buy a vehicle through ZeuxDrive, the deal is between the buyer and the seller. ZeuxDrive isn't a party to it, doesn't check vehicles or listings, and isn't responsible for them.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
7. Changes to the app and these terms
We improve the app over time and may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. If you keep using ZeuxDrive after that, the new terms apply.
8. No guarantees
ZeuxDrive is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always work, be error-free, or that other users' information is correct.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ZeuxDrive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by other users, by relying on information in the app, or by using the app while driving. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Alberta, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
